Electronic Records Specialist

The Electronic Records Specialist is responsible for digitizing, cataloging and organizing our records, as well as conducting research in the digital archives at the request of our staff. This position coordinates digital and physical document retention and destruction schedules; manages on- and off-site document stores; identifies, preserves and annotates internal and external materials that highlight our history; and ensures all governance standards are met, meeting best in class policy standards.

Senior Meeting Planner

The Senior Meeting Planner develops and implements a comprehensive meeting strategy for our organization; establishes meeting planning, delivery and execution as core competencies and strategic assets; facilitates productive, efficient, cost-effective meetings; and, seeks to maximize the return on investments in meetings.

Standardized Patient (ongoing)

The Standardized Patient (SP) will portray medical case scenarios for assessment purposes as part of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). After thorough training and rehearsal, the scenarios will require the SP to respond to basic medical history questions and undergo basic physical examinations in simulated health encounters with ABA candidates. SPs will accurately and consistently portray specific types of patients, knowing the history of their present illness, past medical history, physical exam results as well as their body language and their emotional and personality characteristics. As part of a high stakes examination, SPs must effectively learn and portray the case to ensure exam standardization and reliability.
