Chief Finance and Business Officer

The Chief Finance and Business Officer (CFBO) provides leadership and management in the finance, operations and strategic development functions. He or she serves as an integral member of our executive team.  The CFBO is responsible for planning and leading our financial activities. This includes responsibility for financial and asset management, lease management, contractual analysis and negotiations, investment relationships, institutional financing and intellectual property. The CFBO is responsible for identifying new business opportunities - new markets, new partnerships, and new ways to reach existing markets, or new product or service offerings that will better meet the needs of our existing customers and further advance our mission. The CFBO is also responsible for our operational support systems, including facilities, meeting management and metrics tied to operational strategy. The CFBO contributes to the organization’s strategic planning process.

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, and manage the needs of all project stakeholders, including customers and end users. Serves as primary conduit between the customers and the software development team. Manages projects for software development and deployment. Assists with software quality assurance and testing, ensuring that the delivered software meets the needs of the customers.

Software Engineer-User Interface/Experience Speciaist

The Software Engineer analyzes, designs, develops, and debugs web applications and related products and systems. Provides expertise in defining system requirements and impact, enhancing and maintaining system components and databases, setting up necessary development and test environments, and interacting with internal and external customers to ensure the delivery of the product – on time, within budget and with exceptional quality.

Standardized Patient (ongoing)

The Standardized Patient (SP) will portray medical case scenarios for assessment purposes as part of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). After thorough training and rehearsal, the scenarios will require the SP to respond to basic medical history questions and undergo basic physical examinations in simulated health encounters with ABA candidates. SPs will accurately and consistently portray specific types of patients, knowing the history of their present illness, past medical history, physical exam results as well as their body language and their emotional and personality characteristics. As part of a high stakes examination, SPs must effectively learn and portray the case to ensure exam standardization and reliability.
