Administrative Assistant to Executive Services and HR

Reporting directly to the Senior Executive Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant to Executive Services and HR supports the Executive Administration Department by handling with the highest degree of poise, diplomacy and attention to detail, routine as well as complex, diverse and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.

Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst will test web-based enterprise software and systems that are critical to the ABA’s success. He or she is responsible for executing test cases and scripts; incorporating black box and white box testing; reporting and managing defects to their resolution; performing regression testing for software fixes; assisting in decisions to launch a new software product or a release of an existing software product; maintaining SQA documentation; and assisting in multiple simultaneous QA efforts. The QA Analyst will participate in ongoing process improvements for software development in general and software quality assurance. The Quality Assurance Analyst works to assess and improve the quality of our software and systems, ensuring that the delivered software meets the needs of the customers.

Standardized Patient (ongoing)

The Standardized Patient (SP) will portray medical case scenarios for assessment purposes as part of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). After thorough training and rehearsal, the scenarios will require the SP to respond to basic medical history questions and undergo basic physical examinations in simulated health encounters with ABA candidates. SPs will accurately and consistently portray specific types of patients, knowing the history of their present illness, past medical history, physical exam results as well as their body language and their emotional and personality characteristics. As part of a high stakes examination, SPs must effectively learn and portray the case to ensure exam standardization and reliability.
