Requesting a Nonstandard Examination

We support the intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to accommodate individuals with documented disabilities who demonstrate a need for modification. Those seeking adjustments are required to submit documentation of their disability to validate coverage under the ADA as a disabled individual. Physicians requesting nonstandard conditions should read the Guidelines for Requesting Assessment Accommodations and review the deadlines.

We provide 40 total minutes of break time during the examination for breastfeeding mothers for lactation purposes. Please note that this is offered as a comfort aid.
