ITE for Fellows Rules of Conduct

All fellows must present a valid, government-issued and signed photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, state-issued ID, passport, military ID) prior to taking the ITE at their training program. Cell phones, recording devices and other electronic devices are NOT allowed.
Any copying of questions, including memorizing questions and later reproducing them, constitutes copyright infringement. All exam materials are the sole property of the ABA and are not available for review by examinees before or after the exam. Examinees found to have violated the copyright protection by engaging in the above activities, or in some other manner, will be subject to disciplinary actions, including disqualification of this exam and from our exam system for a period of time to be determined.  

We enforce the copyright of each exam question to the full extent of the law. Failure to abide by these rules of conduct during this exam may result in disciplinary actions. Statistical analyses may be used to verify observations or reports of suspected irregularities in conduct.
