Use the list below to ensure you’re on track and determine what you have left to complete.
- Register for MOCA
You must register every year you are in the program. - Answer 120 MOCA Minute Questions
You can answer up to 30 questions per day. Any unanswered questions as of Dec. 31, 11:59 p.m. ET, will be counted as incorrect and negatively impact your performance. - Maintain a Satisfactory Medical License
Every year, maintain an active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one jurisdiction of the United States or Canada. - Report Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits
You’ll need 250 Category 1 CME credits by the end of year 10 of your MOCA cycle, including 20 Patient Safety credits. - Report Quality Improvement (QI) Activities
You’ll need to attest to completing 50 QI points by the end of Year 10 of your MOCA cycle.

Can I complete all 120 MOCA Minute questions in one day?
No. You can complete up to 30 questions per day. Make sure to start by Dec. 28, 2024, to complete all 120 questions before Dec. 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. If you are in a different time zone, please adjust your planning accordingly. -
When do I need to complete my continuing education requirements by?

I’ve completed my MOCA components. What happens next?
The top portion of your progress report in ABA GO will show "Approved for Certification" in green when you complete all your requirements. In late December, we will post a congratulatory letter in your portal and our directory will show your new certificate issue date.
